Account Deletion Request

For the mobile game Knightdash by Adisoft

⚠️ Important Warning Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered. This includes your game progress, purchased items, in-game currency, and linked social accounts.

What data will be deleted?

When you request an account deletion, we will permanently remove the following information from our active servers:

Your Knightdash account profile (Username and ID).
All gameplay progress, characters, and achievements.
Any virtual currency and In-App Purchases associated with the account (No refunds will be provided).
Links to third-party authentication services (e.g., Apple Game Center, Google Play Games).

Note: We may retain certain data (such as transaction records) for a limited period solely as required by law for financial and legal compliance.

How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please send us an email from the address associated with your account (if applicable), or simply provide your in-game details so we can verify your identity.

            I would like to request the permanent deletion of my Knightdash account and all associated data.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your account. The deletion process will be completed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed.
