This privacy policy applies to the Knightdash app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Adisoft (collectively, the "Application"). Adisoft is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. The Service Provider collects the following types of information to provide and improve the game experience:

• Account Information: If you choose to create an account, the Application collects your Username and Password. You may also log in via third-party services such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services, which will share your basic profile information with us.
• Device and Usage Data: The Application automatically collects device-specific information, including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your mobile operating system, device model, and unique Device IDs.
• Gameplay Data: We collect data related to your game progress, in-game activities, and In-App Purchases to ensure the game functions properly and to save your progress.
• Location Information: The Application does not collect, request, or access your precise GPS location data.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The Service Provider uses the collected data for the following purposes:

• To operate the Application normally, allow you to log in, and save your game progress.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the performance of the Application (Analytics).
• To display targeted advertisements (for users over the applicable age limits).
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Application utilizes third-party services and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to support functionality, analytics, and service delivery. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. These third-party services include:

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery.

5. Children's Privacy

The Application offers content that is rated and suitable for children under the age of 13. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global regulations, the Service Provider takes special precautions:

• We do not require children to share more personal information than is reasonably necessary to play the game.
• For users identified as children under 13, we restrict third-party SDKs (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, and IronSource) from serving behavioral or targeted advertisements. Only contextual ads will be shown.
• Analytics data collected from children is used solely to support the internal operations of the Application.
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have inadvertently collected restricted personal information from your child, please contact us at support@adisoft.io so we can delete the information immediately.

6. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You can request deletion of your personal data or account by contacting the Service Provider at support@adisoft.io. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider.

Upon verification of your identity, the Service Provider will delete your personal data from its systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

7. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:

• User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application.
• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
• Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date.
