Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Knightdash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Knightdash mobile application (the "Application") operated by Adisoft ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Adisoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Virtual Goods and Account Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all content, characters, graphics, and gameplay. Regarding in-game assets:

• No Ownership: You acknowledge that you do not own the account you use to access the game, nor do you own any virtual currency, virtual goods, or items (collectively, "Virtual Goods") obtained through the game. You merely have a limited license to use them.
• No Real Money Trading (RMT): Virtual Goods and accounts have no real-world monetary value. Selling, trading, transferring, or exchanging accounts or Virtual Goods for real money or external compensation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Purchases and Refund Policy

The Application may offer In-App Purchases for Virtual Goods.

• All Sales are Final: Due to the digital nature of the Virtual Goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or the platform's (Google Play / App Store) direct refund policies.
• No Subscriptions: Currently, the Application does not contain any auto-renewing subscription services.

4. Code of Conduct and Anti-Cheating

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, you must adhere to the following rules:

• No Cheating: You may not use, develop, or promote any hacks, mods, exploits, bots, or third-party software designed to alter or interfere with the game experience.
• No Exploitation: You may not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Adisoft reserves the right to investigate and immediately suspend, ban, or terminate any account suspected of cheating or violating these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, interfaces, and code, belong to Adisoft or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Adisoft does not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adisoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
